Happy holi ( colors festival ) Holi, the festival of color is celebrated for 2 Days . First day as Holiko Dahan. This is related with story of BhaktPralad. First day is specially celebrated by Hilly area in context of Nepal. On following day, it is celebrate as the main day in Terai and India. However they also celebrate day first.
People meet friends, family and relatives and celebrate with the colors and water. It is also great way of enjoy for also all foreigners and tourist. Thamel, Basanthapur, Pokharaand other places are the main juncture for Holi festival. In large numbers of people get together and celebrate Holi with music, dancing, colors, water and body paint. Holi is the mainly special for youth because of energy for enjoyment. However old mans also celebrate with great program. In the days of Holi, people don’t get angry because the celebration is for goodness and happiness. People say “Narisaunu Holi Ho”.
In Holi, enemies become friends. Friend splash water with color with hiding and behind is so much enjoyment. Friends attack with water balloons and pump(pichkari) is much interesting.
Many companies and club celebrate Holi with amazing program, concert and in many ways. Youngster, with colors in hand with painted face, comes wearing the shirt written as Colorful word for Holi indication. Holi is amazing and entertaining festival for not only to Nepalese also for people coming from many society and country.
